NMC Striking Off Order – McKee – Crisis Service – HumberNHSFT – full report …..

The NMC report into McKee, one of the two mental health nurses working in the Crisis Service of Humber NHS Foundation Trust and responsible for Sally’s final assessment, is now available.

The decision at that assessment, not to admit Sally to hospital when she was in acute distress, as per her Care Plan had a direct causal relationship to her death hours later.

ALL the charges detailed in the report (pages 5 – 7) were found PROVED.
